About the survey
The National Diabetes Experience Survey gives people living with type 1 or type 2 diabetes the opportunity to share feedback on their experiences of NHS care. This important survey was developed together with people living with diabetes.

The questionnaire and other materials are available on this website. The survey results will be published in Autumn 2024. The results will be used to help the NHS understand the needs of people living with diabetes. Diabetes services can use the results to make improvements based on what really matters to people.
